LMFRA/BCFOA Merger Vote

 

You are receiving this e-mail because you worked the 2023 season with the LMFRA. I sent out an email a month or two ago talking about how the BCFOA wants the LMFRA to join making one association.

 

This is one of the biggest decisions the members of the LMFRA has had to make and we want each and every one of you to vote. Keep in mind that if you don’t vote whichever way the vote goes will stand. If you want a say in it you need to attend. There is no quorum for this meeting

 

We will give BCFOA reps a chance to speak and answer any questions. We will also have a talking period for our members to speak on their thoughts about it and ask any questions they might have for our executive. 

 

We will be having the meeting both in person and on zoom for those who can’t make it. You will have the opportunity to vote via zoom. We do highly recommend that you are there in person as computer error can occur.

 

Article 18 of our bylaws states we need to give 14 days notice for any emergency meeting. This is an official call for an emergency meeting.
