Level 1 Clinic

When: March 4 2023

Where: Bear Creek Park Clubhouse

Time: 9am to 4pm (end time may vary, will keep you updated)

 

There is a $50 charge for the clinic which includes materials and lunch that day. Please make payment available to Carey Anderson. He has said e-transfer works best. Please send to andersoncareyg@hotmail.com Please make security answer simple and fill Carey in. If e-transfer doesn’t work arrange alternate way with him.

 

DEADLINE: Please have payment done by February 18

 

For parents: if your son/daughter is under the age of 18 you will need to sign their registration forms. If this is the case please be there 15 mins early.

 

The level 1 clinic is mandatory. Please make every effort to attend.
